Adjustable Foot Plate

The foot plate for the suspension pod is the only adjustable component on the assembly. Depending on operator size, the foot plate can be extended or shortened to accommodate short to tall customers.

Upper Shock

The suspension pod has one upper coil-over shock (part number 09375900) to help absorb impacts from rough terrain, reduce vibration, and limit fatigue during extended operation. The upper shock mounts directly to the suspension pod support plate and the rear center weldment. The upper shock is a serviceable part.

Lower Shock

The suspension pod has one lower coil-over shock (part number 09376000) to help absorb impacts from rough terrain, reduce vibration, and limit fatigue during extended operation. The lower shock mounts directly to the black center weldment in the pod as well as the pod base brackets. The lower shock is a serviceable part.

Seat Plate

The suspension pod has a seat plate that secures the seat to the pod assembly by four hex bolts and four washers. These are non-adjustable. In the operating position, the seat plate also is secured to the suspension pod support plate by two bolts, positioned directly behind the operator seat. To access the seat switch or harness routings, the two bolts can be removed and the seat plate can be rotated upwards approximately 90 degrees.

Please note: during assembly, two seat stop bolts from the literature pack must be installed through the seat plate to prevent the seat plate and seat from extending to far when put into the service position.

Bushings, Stock Bumpers

While all components on the seat pod assembly are serviceable parts, it is recommended to have bushings (part number 05501124) and stock conical bumpers (part number 07500436) in your inventory for service due to natural wear on the pod over time.
