1. Place steering levers in neutral position and engage parking brake.

2. Stop engine, remove key and wait for all moving parts to stop and for hot parts to cool.

3. Remove dust cap.
4. Pump grease into fitting until grease appears at the top of the upper bearing.
5. Reinstall dust cap.

2. Stop engine, remove key and wait for all moving parts to stop and for hot parts to cool.

3. Support unit so front wheels are off the ground.
4. Remove wheel from fork.
5. Remove end caps from wheel hub.
6. Pump grease into fitting until grease squeezes through the seal in the wheel hub.
7. Wipe away excess grease.

8. Reinstall end caps onto wheel hub.
9. Reinstall wheel into fork and lower unit to ground.

IMPORTANT: After tightening bolt, tire should not have any side-to-side play. Tighten bolt until there is slight amount of drag on the wheel bearing. The wheel should have slight resistance when rotating.
