Steps 1 - 3: Rear Wheel Removal
- Make sure the unit is on a level surface with the parking brake engaged and the key off.
- Choke the front two tires to prevent forward movement.
- With a floor jack, position the jack underneath the center of the bottom rear cross-bracket far
enough so the jack will not slip but within the boundary of the vertical support bracket.
Steps 4 - 7: Rear Wheel Removal
- Carefully raise the jack until two jack stands can be positioned on each side of the rear bottom frame for support.
- Lower the jack onto the two jack stands.
- Use an impact wrench with a 13/16" socket to remove the five lug nuts.
- Remove the tire. Please note the wheel spacer on the hub when the tire is removed.
Steps 1 - 3: Rear Wheel Install
- Position the tire back onto the hub. Ensure that the wheel spacer is installed prior to this step.
- Use an impact wrench with a 13/16” socket to snug the five lug nuts onto the hub bolts.
- Use a torque wrench to torque the lug nuts to 60 – 90 ft.-lbs.
Steps 4 - 7: Rear Wheel Install
- Ensure that the front two tires have wheel chalks in front of them.
- Position the floor jack underneath the center of the bottom rear cross-bracket far enough so the jack will not slip but within the
boundary of the vertical support bracket.
- Carefully raise the jack until the two jack stands can be safely removed.
- Lower the unit back to the ground.
