Light Replacement

Step 1

TMake sure the unit is turned off. Then disconnect the connector on the wire harness that is plugged into the light.

Step 2

Use a socket wrench to remove the nylock nut and cup washer on the inside of the front brine tank behind the light. Retain the hardware.

Step 3

Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the front two screws retaining the light and bezel. Retain the hardware.

Step 4

The light and bezel can now be removed from the front brine tank. Replace the light with the same part number 09493600. Retain the bezel for installation unless damaged.

Step 5

Install the bezel and the new light into the front brine tank opening.

Step 6

Install the two Phillips screws to secure the light to the front brine tank.

Step 7

Install the cup washer and nylock nut to the longer threaded Phillips screw on the inside of the front brine tank.

Step 8

Reconnect the harness connector for the light and turn the key switch to the lights position to confirm functionality.
