Warner IXR-18211 PTO Clutch

The Warner IXR-18211 PTO Clutch (Part # 09481100) is standard on all IKON models. The armature engages rotor when PTO Switch is engaged, closing air gap. Non-adjustable air gap.

Resistance at the field coil should be 2.12 ~ 2.88 Ohms. Use a feeler gauge to measure the air gap during adjustment. The gap should be 0.012" ~ 0.024". Do not over tighten the nuts as this may force the rotor and armature into contact.

Parking Brake Switches

NO-NO Switch. When the Parking Brakes are applied:

• Pins 1 & 2 have continuity
• Pins 3 & 4 have continuity

When the Parking Brakes are released:

• Pins 1 & 2 are open
• Pins 3 & 4 are open

Parking Brake Switches

NO-NO Switch. When the Parking Brakes are applied:

• Pins 1 & 2 have continuity
• Pins 3 & 4 have continuity

When the Parking Brakes are released:

• Pins 1 & 2 are open
• Pins 3 & 4 are open

PTO Switch

• Pin #1 to Pin #7 N.C.
• Pin #3 to Pin #9 N.C.
• Pull Force ON (Up) is 8.50 ± 2.00 Lbs.
• Push Force OFF (Down) is 7.50 ± 2.00 Lbs.
• Engagement Stroke .23 Inch

Hour Meter

Part Number: 09497400

Will record hours when key is ON and operator is in seat. (regardless of engine running)

Has two insulated terminals that plug into underside of meter.

Ignition Switch

• Terminals are steel, zinc plated, except terminals "B", "L”" and "S" are copper
• Electrical Rating, Continuous: 20 Amps @ 12-14 VDC
• Position 4 (Start) is Momentary

Starter Solenoid

The Fuel Valve Switch (Part # 09389900), will allow the operator to manually select which fuel tank to pull fuel from during operation. It connects the right and left fuel tanks to engine and has a simple ball valve internally for selection. The movable arm has a magnetic handle that operates with the Magnetic Switch.

The Magnetic Switch (Part # 09197300) uses a magnetic pick-up to allow power to reach the Fuel Relay and send an input to the right or left fuel sensor. In order for the switch to operate, the magnet must be within 3/16" from the valve selector magnet. The switch is also adjustable up and down.
